'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with a vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. The Rossi family established our pizza shop in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed business, utilizing recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Rossi, our founder, mastered the pizza craft while exploring Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. When she returned to the UK, her mission was to reproduce the enchanting taste of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting only the best materials.

Our once small 12-seat pizza place has turned into an adored local staple, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness remains. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and procuring the most premium components available.

Now, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi lineage’s second generation at the helm of our dedicated crew. Although we've welcomed some modern changes, the essence of our establishment is unchanged: producing delicious, real pizza that unites people.
